Sailing for Ireland

Today we drove from England into Wales to board the Stena Adventurer to make our way to Ireland.

Last sightings of England

In just over 3 hours we were seeing Ireland for the first time. The time passed really quickly just sitting listening to the people talk in the Irish accent. It is Ascot in England yesterday and today and it is all very exciting for people, the Queen's horse even won a race yesterday so they think that was really nice as her husband is in hospital at the moment and she spent her birthday the other day  alone, so it was nice to see her pleased with her horses results. Apparently she has never placed a bet on any of her horses.
